Can you believe that one of Austin's most sought-after bakeries started with a recipe scribbled on a simple paper napkin? That is the origin story of the famous chocolate chip cookie at Tiny's Milk and Cookies. The recipe first debuted in 2007 at its sibling restaurant, Tiny Boxwoods, in Houston.

The cookie became such an absolute sensation that the hospitality group decided to launch a brand-new concept in 2016 just to satisfy the public's massive appetite for it. Today, you can visit their walk-up window in Austin's Kerbey Lane Village, located at 1515 West 35th Street. It is a charming spot where they serve up those famous soft cookies, along with handmade ice cream, craft pastries, and fresh bread.

Grab a warm cookie and enjoy a sweet stroll through the neighborhood.
