If you visit 100 West 77th Street on a Sunday, you'll find the Grand Bazaar NYC, the city's largest curated weekly shopping market. It started humbly around 1979 as the GreenFlea Market, launched by parents as a simple yard sale to raise funds for local schools. Over the decades, it grew into a massive operation with over 100 vendors, from artisans to food entrepreneurs.

But the heart of the market hasn't changed. Today, the Grand Bazaar donates one hundred percent of its profits to four local public schools, benefiting over 2,000 children. It's a place where shopping for a treasure directly welcomes better opportunities for the neighborhood's kids.
