Imagine a baseball diamond, the dust of a Texas same-game double, and a jersey number that stuck with a man. Right here in the heart of the Silo District, you'll find a shop called Number 16. It's not a random digit or a lucky number, but a nod to Chip Gaines' baseball jersey number from back in the day.

While the Silos retail move happened in October 2015, transforming downtown Waco into a destination, the spirit of that jersey is now a part of the familie's empire. Today, Number 16 is a men's-focused shop, blending that athletic, rugged spirit with the style of a local Baylor graduate. It's a funny thing how a number from a youth baseball game can travel all the way to a specialty shop at the Silos, turning a bit of personal history into a place where you can find a great pair of boots or a rugged piece of gear.
